I stayed in the condo in Room B and had a great experience. The place is literally a 2 minute walk from the Rolf Institute. It is nice inside, well organized fridge and drawers by room, and I had a comfortable bed. Nice seating area inside, and also a massage table is there. There is access to the pool house which is nice to have a small get together (pool table, ping pong, indoor pool). There is quarter laundry in the laundry room just 20 feet from the unit. Assuming you're living with good people, you'll have a good experience here.

I stayed in a room at Megan's apartment for a month, and it was a really great experience. Comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Megan is very friendly, responsive and welcoming. I very much felt at home while I was there. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for a great furnished apartment.

Wow! I really enjoyed living at Williams Fork Trail for 8 months while I completed my studies. It’s truly the best setup a student could ask for: it’s about a 10 minute walk from the grocery store and shops, it’s a minute away from the nature trail, and 4 minutes to the bus stop. Living at Williams Fork Trail also gave me access to the complex that was equipped with an indoor pool, a hot tub, a small gym (with treadmill, stationary bike, weight machines), a sauna and change rooms, a pool table and table tennis table. The apartment itself is quiet, spacious, cozy, neatly organized, and nicely decorated. There is a private balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy meals or tea outside. The kitchen is FULLY equipped, which a big plus for those that like to cook. I enjoyed living in Gunbarrel for its simplicity, its quietness and for the easy access to a little bit of nature. When I felt the need to go to Boulder or Denver or to Eldora (for snowboarding) the RTD was reliable and quick. Communication with Megan and Cathy was quick and easy. If something arose (like something needing fixing), she quickly got on the task. They made sure we were comfortable and happy. Thank you Megan and Cathy for hosting me; I couldn’t have asked for more - my stay was perfect!

Staying at Megan’s and Cathy’s apartment was an absolute delight, and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The room I stayed in was very spacious, with its own bathroom and shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room offered plenty of storage space as well as a desk to work at. The entire apartment was spotless, well maintained, and beautifully cared for. As someone who cooks a lot, I found the kitchen to be a dream, fully equipped with all the appliances I needed, ample fridge and storage space, and everything in excellent condition. It made preparing meals easy and enjoyable. The location itself is another gem. The area is quiet, peaceful, and beautiful, with plenty of green space around the building for lounging or relaxing, including a shaded table area with a coal BBQ. There’s also a lovely trail by a lake nearby, and my morning walks there quickly became one of my favorite parts of the day. On top of that, having a grocery store just a few minutes walk away made everyday life simple and convenient. The apartment complex is full of amazing amenities. I often used the pool, gym, and clubhouse, which has ping pong, board games, and a pool table, all in a great air-conditioned space. The sauna and hot tub were real highlights for me, and I enjoyed them often. These little luxuries truly made the stay feel special. Most importantly, Megan and Cathy were wonderful hosts. They were always quick to respond, went out of their way to help with anything I needed, and made me feel genuinely cared for. They are such kind, generous people, and they made my time here even better. I would 100% rent here again the next time I’m in the area. With such a peaceful setting, thoughtful amenities, and only about a 15-minute drive into downtown Boulder, this place really has it all.
